Step into the world of Reiki and reconnect with yourself through this deeply supportive and transformative Reiki Level 1 Training.
Whether you feel stressed, disconnected, emotionally overwhelmed, or simply called to explore energy healing, Reiki can help you reconnect with a greater sense of peace, balance, and purpose.
This intimate 2-day training is designed for complete beginners and those wanting to deepen their spiritual connection and personal healing journey.
You will learn how to channel Reiki energy for yourself and others in a grounded, practical, and authentic way.
About Your Teacher
This training is led by Reiki Master Teacher Emily Standley, a full-time Reiki practitioner, business coach, and sound healer with years of experience supporting others through healing and transformation.
Emily teaches from both the Usui Shiki Ryoho and Usui Reiki Ryoho lineages, offering a balanced and traditional approach to Reiki training.
She is also a member of the UK Reiki Federation and is passionate about creating nurturing, welcoming spaces where students feel supported and confident.
What You’ll Learn
Over the weekend you will learn:
• The history and principles of Reiki
• How Reiki healing works
• The chakra system and energy body
• Self-healing techniques
• How to give Reiki treatments to others
• Energy cleansing practices
• Meditation and grounding techniques
• How to use Reiki in daily life
• Reiki for emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing
You will also receive:
• 4 Reiki Level 1 attunements
• Hands-on practice throughout the weekend
• A detailed Reiki manual
• A Reiki Level 1 certificate upon completion
By the End of the Training You Will:
• Feel confident using Reiki on yourself and others
• Be able to give Reiki treatments to family and friends
• Have a stronger connection to your intuition and energy
• Experience greater calm, clarity, and self-awareness

Online Reiki Theory:
2 to 3 hours of online training to complete before the in-person weekend

9:30am to 3:30pm both days
