If you are ready to start your journey to deeper self-care, Reiki is a great place to start.Level 1 offers you the tools to create your own self-healing routine, taking you to the stillness in your heart, quieting your mind, and allowing you to hold space for your higher self and others. Reiki is also a perfect compliment to your yoga, meditation or journaling practice. And it is oh, so gentle.
In this workshop, you will:
* Learn what Reiki is and how it works, the history of Reiki
* Be introduced to the 5 Reiki ideals
* Have an Introduction to chakras
* Receive Reiki Level 1 placement
* Learn Usui Reiki Hand positions for treating yourself and others
* Enjoy a Group Reiki share
You will receive an Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Level I and II Manual and a certificate of completion.
Light lunch will be provided.
