About this Event
Join sound practitioner Emma Peck and master Reiki practitioner Rosalyn Acosta for an evening of deep rest, gentle release, and nervous-system nourishment. Still held in the quiet of winter, this Reiki-infused sound bath invites you to slow down and be fully supported.
As sound waves wash through the body and Reiki energy offers subtle yet powerful support, you’ll be guided into a state of profound stillness, where doing less allows more to unfold. This evening is an invitation to rest deeply, recalibrate your energy, and reconnect with the simple medicine of being held.
Bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows will be provided. Please bring a mat and anything else that helps your body feel fully supported (extra pillows, sleeping bag, camping mat, etc.). Come as you are, and allow yourself to receive.
