Reiki Level I Workshop – Dublin

Join Mary Fletcher Burke for a gentle two-day introduction to Reiki, a simple yet powerful practice that helps calm your nervous system and restore balance in your body and mind.
Reiki is a practical life skill that allows you to support your own wellbeing and share healing with others. Many people come to Reiki out of curiosity and leave with a skill they use for the rest of their lives.
This workshop offers a calm and welcoming space to learn Reiki step by step and experience its benefits for yourself.
What you will learn
During this two-day workshop, you will learn:
• the history and principles of Reiki
• the Reiki Level I attunement
• how to practise Reiki on yourself
• how to give Reiki to others
• simple hand positions for everyday use
• how Reiki supports your nervous system and wellbeing
We will look at the Science the philosophy and the know how of Reiki with plenty of time to practise so learning feels natural and you get comfortable exploring Reiki energy .
Participants receive a Reiki Level I certificate at the end of the training.

What Happens After the Workshop
Learning Reiki is the beginning of a journey rather than the end of a weekend.
About a month after the workshop we meet again for a Reiki exchange and follow-up session where we can practise together, ask questions and share our experiences.
Many people find this gathering both encouraging and supportive as they begin using Reiki in everyday life.

This workshop is taught in a small group so everyone receives personal attention and time to practise. Breakfast and lunch is provided

About Your Teacher
Mary Fletcher Burke is an acupuncturist, energy healer, trauma-focused hypnotherapist and founder of The HeArt of Healing.
With more than twenty years of experience supporting people through personal transformation, Mary combines modern understanding of the nervous system with traditional healing practices to help people reconnect with their natural capacity for balance and wellbeing.
She is passionate about passing on practical skills that allow people to care for themselves and trust their inner guidance.
