Sister Yoga, led by Eimear & Niamh from the Daly Wellbeing community, is a fun and energising flow open to all levels, with both visual and verbal cues throughout.
In partnership with As One, Synergy, and Omma Matcha, expect an elevated morning with Synergy Kombucha on arrival, followed by Omma Matcha after the session, plus a relaxed social to connect and unwind.
