ReGen Youth Summit 2026
As America approaches its 250th anniversary, our communities face growing challenges: declining trust in institutions, increasing polarization, widespread misinformation, and lower levels of civic participation—especially among young people. At the same time, a new generation is ready to lead.
The ReGen Youth Summit brings together young leaders ages 15-24 from across the United States and around the world for an immersive experience focused on rebuilding trust, strengthening civic engagement, and developing practical skills for community leadership and action.
Through interactive workshops, facilitated dialogue, collaborative projects, and connections with peers and experts, participants will explore how they can help create stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.
Summit topics include:
- Strengthening trust and participation in civic life
- Navigating media, misinformation, and artificial intelligence
- Bridging divides across communities and perspectives
- Advancing accountability and democratic engagement
- Promoting environmental stewardship and sustainable communities
More than a conference, ReGen is designed to equip participants with practical tools, meaningful relationships, and concrete action plans they can bring back to their schools, organizations, and communities.
Participants will leave with the option to be a "ReGen Fellow", joining an ongoing network of young leaders with access to tools, resources, mentorship, and small grant funding to support community-based projects and action at home.
Our goal is simple: that every participant leaves not only inspired, but prepared to take action.

Organizer: Event is hosted by AMP Global Youth and Global Scholar, programs of Americans for Informed Democracy. We were founded by students at Yale after 9/11 to amplify the youth voice around our greatest global challenges. This is an education, non-partisan event.
Who should attend: Young leaders ages 15–24 who are interested in civic engagement, community leadership, media literacy, environmental stewardship, and creating positive change in their communities.
Note on Scholarship tickets: If you request a scholarship ticket, please watch for an email with next steps. Scholarship spaces are limited, and submitting a request does not guarantee admission. Your registration will not be confirmed until you complete the scholarship application and receive an official decision from the ReGen team.
