Individual Ticket Pricing
The SAME DC & NoVA Posts’ 2026 Small Business Conference offers ticket rates based on your SAME membership status and whether you are attending as a representative of a large or small business, government agency, non-profit, academic institution, or as a fully retired individual. Discounted pricing is available to SAME members from any Post worldwide.

Ticket Prices:
Large Business (101+ employees)
• $450 for SAME members
• $500 for non-members
Small Business (1–100 employees)
• $350for SAME members
• $400for non-members
Non-Profit / Fully Retired
• $200flat rate (no additional discounts)
Government
• $0 (no additional discounts) - Must be an active government or military personnel with a .gov or .mil email address.
Late or Walk-in Registration:
Any registration, including walk-ins and transfers, after Monday, June 29 at 11:59 PM EDT will be $575. No exceptions.

SAME Membership Discount
This is a member-discounted conference. To receive the discounted rate, you must be an individual SAME member or be listed as a current individual member under your firm’s SAME Sustaining Membership.
To find your Member ID:
- Go to www.same.org
- Log in at the top
- Click “My Account” to view your membership status and ID
Members will be asked to provide this Member ID during registration.
⚠️ If you register at the member rate and are not a verified SAME member, you will be contacted and required to pay the difference for the non-member rate. All payments must be received in full by June 29 at 11:59 PM EDT, and standard refund and transfer policies will apply.

Who Qualifies for the Non-Profit / Fully Retired Rate?
This $100 discounted rate is reserved for:
- Non-profit and academic institution representatives (must use a .org or .edu email)
- Fully retired individuals who are not affiliated with any business or consulting practice (you may list “Retired” or “N/A” as your organization)
Who Qualifies for the Active Duty/Government Rate?
- Active government or military personnel with a .gov or .mil email address.
⚠️ If you register using this discounted category and do not meet the eligibility criteria, you will be required to pay the difference to the appropriate rate. All payments must be received in full by June 29 at 11:59 PM EDT, and refund/transfer deadlines will remain in effect.

Refund & Transfer Policy
Refund and transfer requests must be received in writing to [email protected] by Monday, June 29 at 11:59 PM EDT.
- Refunds will be issued in full, minus a $50 administrative fee
- Transfers are allowed for a $35 processing fee
- No refunds or transfers will be accepted after the deadline
- Walk-in transfers will not be accepted at the event. No exceptions.
⚠️ All registrations will be reviewed for accuracy.
- If you register using a discounted ticket type and do not meet the eligibility requirements, you will be required to pay the difference to the correct rate.
- If the difference is not paid by June 29 at 11:59 PM EDT, you will be charged the full $500 walk-in rate at the door.
- Access to the event will not be granted until payment is received in full.
- No refunds or partial credits will be issued for incorrect ticket selections, missed deadlines, or unpaid differences.
💼 Sponsors and Exhibitors:
- Complimentary tickets included in your package must be redeemed using the promo code provided to your point of contact.
- If an individual ticket is purchased and a refund is later requested after receiving a promo code, a $50 administrative fee will apply—regardless of when the ticket was purchased.
- All promo code registrations are also subject to a $35 transfer fee if reassigned.
- All promo code registrations must be completed by Friday, June 26 (7PM EDT).
- No refunds or transfers will be accepted after June 26 at 11:59 PM EDT.
