Step away from the noise and give yourself the space to breathe.This thoughtfully designed experience begins with guided journalling to help you clear mental clutter and set meaningful intentions. From there, you’ll move into a 45-minute reformer flow, a full body session designed to leave you feeling strong and refreshed.
We’ll finish up with juice shots and time to connect and gently transition back into your day feeling balanced and restored.
No need to bring a thing! Journals, pens and drinks are all provided. Simply arrive as you are.
