About this Event
This 6-week beginner course is designed for adults who are new to training and want to build strong foundations in a supportive, small-group setting. The focus is on learning correct form and technique so you can feel confident and safe when training in group classes.
You’ll train with the same group each week, allowing time to progress, ask questions and refine your movement with guidance from your coach. This course is ideal if you’ve felt unsure in group classes or want to improve your technique before joining regular sessions.
Start date: Thursday 30th April 2026
Time: Every Thursday, 5pm-5:50pm
Duration: 6 weeks
Dates: 30th April, 7th May, 14th May, 21st May, 28th May, 4th June
Important information:
-Suitable for beginners (18+)
-Maximum 7 spaces available.
-Same group each week.
-Course is non-refundable
-If you are unable to attend a session, it is non-refundable and cannot be carried over.
-Spaces are limited to ensure quality coaching and individual attention. Early booking is recommended.
