This is an in-person event for those wishing to explore and gently discuss the deeper aspects of our living experiences - our inner journey 🪷
A respectful, facilitated space for reflecting on teachings & literature from a variety of ancient & contemporary wisdom.
By contemplating on & interpreting a variety of material we will endeavour to raise our self-awareness, become more mindful, have better relationships and improve our everyday life situations.
We will decipher & reflect on the wisdom from ancient & contemporary teachers, philosophers, writers, poets & spiritual leaders: from Taoism to Carl Jung to Rumi; from Eckhart Tolle to Marcus Aurelius to the Zen masters and many, many more. These events are a calm, relaxed, friendly interlude in our otherwise busy lives... a gathering for those curious about our humanness, evolving and growing in consciousness.

The events are curated discussions for Self growth by reflecting on a mix of Eastern & Western philosophies, psychology and spirituality. Facilitated and guided to help us understand our inner journey through life and how we become our authentic Self.
They will suit those who are evolving through becoming self-aware which involves observation, reflection & introspection of our thoughts and emotions in relation to our dynamics ie the way in which we behave, react, and affect each other.
This is evolving.
