Refined Reset: Pilates, Matcha, & Sauna

Join us for The Refined Reset: Pilates, Matcha & Sauna ✨—a thoughtfully curated wellness experience designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and refresh your spirit.

Your experience begins with a warm welcome and check-in at 12:30 PM, giving you time to settle in, connect, and ease into the space.

At 1:00 PM, we’ll begin with a short opening prayer to center our hearts and set the intention for our time together.

We’ll move into a 45-minute mat Pilates class focused on graceful strength, alignment, and intentional movement—designed to leave you feeling both grounded and empowered.

At 2:00 PM, we’ll transition into a self-defense class, offering practical skills and building confidence in a supportive and uplifting environment. This session will conclude at 2:30 PM.

From there, you’ll be invited to unwind and reset beginning at 2:45 PM with a relaxing sauna session, alongside matcha, charcuterie, and time to connect and enjoy the atmosphere. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore forever jewelry as a meaningful and lasting touch to your experience.
