What the Intensive includes:
  • Virtual Setting: This allows you to be in the comfort of your home
  • 3 hours widow for the intensive* Time to brainspot anxiety triggers: journal, reflect, and connect
  • 3 Learned coping skills and three other additional coping skills resources.
  • Anxiety Wellness Workbook* 60-minute post-intensive group wellness follow-up. (1 week out from the wellness intensive)
