Megan Miller was raised by a single mother in rural Pennsylvania, inflicted with a speech impediment and never feeling like she fit in. The first thing that ever made her feel worthy & that she had something to contribute to this world was her job in sales & resulted in 15 years of being laser focused on climbing the corporate ladder.

After achieving the job of her dreams, the one that would fix all the ‘things’, running sales for a $1B hospitality organization, she had a mental breakdown on the busiest highway in Philadelphia (talk about the irony in that)

Megan, mask down & human first, shares her own addictions to achieving, the resulting feelings of resentment and shame, & the lessons that it took her a lifetime to learn.

The power of intentional microsteps, that she still uses today, created this beautiful ripple impact that affected how she read the emails, showed up in the boardroom and at home, and transformed her life from existing to living & you can too.

She wants to write you the permission slip she needed for so long, to put down the mask you’ve been taught to hide behind and feel seen, human first. She wants to provide you with tangible tools to move from living to make it to Friday to living a life that you want to be a part of, on your terms, and as part of a community.

Caring for yourself… it doesn’t happen alone.
