Purchase your ticket for UCHealth’s exclusive wellness experience featuring Cale Makar on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
Learn what it means to recover like Stanley Cup Champion, James Norris Trophy winner, and Olympic medalist, Cale Makar, and other Colorado Avalanche personnel while having the opportunity to test different recovery techniques and classes such as massages, dynamic stretching, saunas, cold plunges, and meditations.
Once you've purchased a ticket to the event, you will be able to view and sign up for your recovery sessions. Guests can sign up for a maximum of two recovery sessions.
All guests will receive light complimentary food and beverages as well as premium giveaway items.
You must purchase a ticket to attend the event and sign up for the recovery sessions.

Check in begins at 5:30 p.m.

Parking:
Parking at the venue is limited. Please carpool with friends, arrive early, and be prepared to find street parking or consider using rideshare. Limited parking spaces are available between the North Lots, Alley parking, and Grove Street.

Waiver:
Guests will complete the liability waiver as part of the ticket purchase process.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable athletic clothing. Please bring a bathing suit and open toed shoes/sandals if participating in the saunas and cold plunges. Towels will be provided on site, but please feel free to bring your own if preferred.
What not to bring:
No outdoor food or beverages other than water
