About this Event

The modern world is a recipe for disconnection, filled with prompts to pull us away from each good intention we set.

Our minds are busy, our bodies are stressed, our nervous system is rushing us into the future and past every moment it can to get there...

Our health, relationships, and aspirations all suffer when we lack connection, presence, and energy.

Reconnect is a community spirited experiential workshop, playfully drawing on leading edge embodiment practices, primal movement, breath work, and connection coaching.

This is more than a workshop, this is a dynamic and fun-filled journey of body centred solutions to the challenges of the modern world.

Facilitated by 4D Coach & Trainer David Saville and 4D Embodiment & Breath Work Coach Tom Nickalls, the Reconnect experience brings together years of experience, skill, and expert knowledge to leave you feeling energised, inspired, and Reconnected!

What to Expect

Movement - To energise and awaken your body and mind

Breathwork - To balance your energy

Connection - Reflect, express, and be inspired by others

In Their Words:

“David and Tom worked together seamlessly. Their presence, skill, and deep understanding of connection are genuinely remarkable”

Bethan

“This is by far the best personal development workshop I’ve been to. The vibe felt welcoming right from the start, the activities were unique, and it was easy to relax and just be myself.”

Everyone seemed more connected by the end. I felt lighter, clearer, and moved. You can tell they really care, and that makes a huge difference”

Boris

“All of it was beautiful, the community vibes, the fun, the laughter, the connecting and I really loved the breathwork.” Nick

“For me it was everything, it was the breathing, the people and I really liked the ice breakers and connection at the beginning, just to kind of ease some nervousness and tension. Definitely something that I’d revisit.” Richard

“For me the breathwork was by far the most powerful [part] because it almost takes you into an alternative reality and it really gave me a lot of clarity and insight and it's something that I’ll be able to take into my day as well” Jo

“A super balance of deep relaxation and revitalisation, an excellent de-stressor that lasts for a good few weeks. Amazing and totally worth a try.” Yasmin
