Reconnect, Growth, and Heal is a two-hour, nature-based evening workshop created for women in midlife who sense that something is shifting and want space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Midlife often brings change that is difficult to name. The body may feel different. Priorities may be shifting. There can be a sense of holding a great deal together while having little space to stop and listen to what is happening within.
This workshop offers that pause.
Held at the end of the working week, Reconnect, Growth, and Heal invites you to step out of constant doing and into a calm, supportive environment where presence, reflection, and nature guide the experience.
Through gentle walking, simple grounding practices, guided reflection, and shared conversation, you will be invited to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what this stage of life may be asking of you.
This is not about fixing yourself or finding quick answers.
It is about creating space to listen, notice, and reconnect.
