Reclaiming Love: A Sensuous Self-love Soiree
With so much intensity showing up on the world stage, the need for deep introspection, heartfelt connection, and co-regulation is more alive than ever.
Collectively, we all share the deep desire is to feel loved, seen and accepted exactly as we are without exception. Since we can only love others to the extent that we love ourselves, this kind of unconditionally loving relationship starts within. Therefore, the greatest gift we can give ourselves to kick off this Valentine's weekend is an opportunity to practice complete and total presence with the parts of ourselves that most need our love.
So, come join with other members of our Charlotte community to celebrate the true essence of love, reclaiming and rebranding Valentine's week as Universal Self-love week. Together, we'll transform this most commercial of holidays into a time of deep authentic connection, starting with yourself and extending this to other souls on a similar path towards deepening capacity for care.
Be your own Valentine, baby, and treat yourself to a sensuous soiree of soulful sensuality!
***AGENDA***
Our celebration will begin with a nourishing and heart-opening sustainably sourced Rose & Cacao libation, followed by nourishing breath-work, sound healing, guided meditation and dance wave to uncover, embody, and more deeply integrate the parts of yourself that most need your loving presence.
The group will then open a safe and sacred container to explore Tantra-inspired embodiment and connection practices, geared towards developing heartfelt connection through clear communication with others. The night will close with a con-sensual cuddle puddle and tasty treats.
