A peaceful, female-only silent protest will be held outside Plymouth Crown Court on the day the trial begins for two men accused of the rape of a woman in Plymouth.
This protest is about standing together to raise awareness of violence against women and girls, and to show solidarity with survivors. Too often, we see reports of rape and sexual assault across the UK — and many feel it is time to be seen, to be heard, and to say clearly: this is not acceptable.
This will be a silent, peaceful gathering at all times.
It is not about race, religion, or background — it is about safety, dignity, and respect for women and girls.
Together, we stand.
Together, we make it known: enough is enough.
