This essential training explores how secure relationships and emotionally attuned practice enable children to feel safe, regulated, and ready to learn. Drawing on neuroscience, attachment theory, and the PACE approach (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy), the session equips staff with practical, relationship‑based strategies for supporting children who have experienced stress, trauma, or disrupted attachment. Through real‑world examples and reflective activities, participants will deepen their understanding of behaviour as communication and learn how to build trust, co‑regulate emotions, and create classrooms where every child can thrive.
