Recharge with Real Talk will be held on Saturday 13 June 2026
Designed to nurture your wellbeing, this uplifting day offers the chance to slow down, take time for yourself, and leave feeling refreshed, motivated, and re-energised.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll hear from inspiring women who will share practical insights on living well and thriving. Topics include:

- The Power of Women’s Health – Niamh Clerkin
- The Power of Fun – Kellee Berry

Where and When:
Recharge with Real Talk will be held at Parakiore Recreation and Sport Centre, 50 Saint Asaph Street, Christchurch. Saturday 13 June, from 10:30am to 4:00pm.
Cost and Inclusions:
The cost to attend is $149 per person.
Afternoon tea will be provided to all attendees, so please let us know of any dietary requirements when registering. (Eventbrite fees are additional)
What to Wear:
Wear something comfortable that you can move in. Some of these presentations will encourage light movement suitable for all fitness levels.
What to Bring:
Bring your own lnch, or this can be purchased from the cafe on site. If you have a yoga mat you might like to bring this along. They are not essential, so if you don't have one (or you forget) don't worry.
