RECHARGE: Rest In Motion
A women's wellness afternoon of yoga, movement, and active recovery
You know that moment on the plane when the oxygen mask drops?
Put yours on first.
This afternoon is yours.
RECHARGE is a nurturing afternoon of movement, yoga and meditation designed for women who hold a lot. An intentional pause in the middle of busy lives to help you recover actively, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling clearer, lighter, and ready to return to what matters with fresh eyes.
How the afternoon unfolds
The pace of the afternoon is calm and unhurried. You don't need to be anywhere else.
Together, we’ll move through:
- A guided movement workshop by Karen: grounding, intuition-led and gently activating. This is not performance or choreography. It's your body remembering what it already knows.
- A mid-afternoon break with refreshments, a moment to settle, and a short shared reflection before the second session.
- A yoga and meditation workshop by Lily: A slower, restorative practice combining movement, breath and guided meditation to help you unwind and reset.
- A shared meal to close the afternoon: We’ll finish with a generous buffet prepared by En Root, giving you time to eat well, connect with others and ease back into the evening feeling replenished.
Between and around the workshops, we'll weave in gentle prompts and practices to help you arrive more fully, and leave more grounded.
This is for you if:
- You've been running on empty and know something needs to shift
- You're craving a proper pause, not just an hour, but a real one
- You want to reconnect with your body without pressure or performance
- You're ready to refuel, not just rest
- You want to leave feeling like yourself again
A few things worth knowing
All practices are optional and adaptable. You are always welcome to move at your own pace, take breaks, or step out if needed. Whatever your body needs is the right choice.
No previous experience in yoga or movement is needed.

- Location: Sunset Studios Peckham
- Accessibility: The studio benefits from direct access to the service lift via the Red stairs entrance to Bussey Building. The lift is directly outside the studio on the second floor.
