Helpers and Healers: Feeling the weight of the work? 😥 Join our workshop to learn how to identify Compassion Fatigue, Burnout, and Vicarious Trauma. You'll leave with practical coping skills to boost your Vicarious Resistance and prioritize self-care. Invest in your well-being so you can continue to serve!
As a helper or healer, you are exposed daily to the traumatic experiences of those you serve. This essential exposure places you at risk of experiencing compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and/or burnout.
This dynamic workshop is designed to protect your most valuable resource: you. We will clearly explore the differences and distinct symptoms of compassion fatigue, burnout, and vicarious trauma. Most importantly, participants will be introduced to concrete coping skills and practical strategies for vicarious resistance. Learn how to sustain your empathy without sacrificing your well-being.
Who should attend: Social Workers, Counselors, Healthcare Professionals, First Responders, Educators, and anyone in a helping profession.
We are excited to provide you with an in person experiences for only $50.
Certificates of Completion will be provided AFTER COMPLETION of the Exit Survey, with the conclusion of the workshop, and emailed to you within 2 weeks. Please be sure to list your name on the registration EXACTLY as you wish it to appear on the certificate.
