Join us for an intimate and mindful creative workshop exploring how pain, life experiences, and personal challenges can be transformed into growth, healing, and rebirth through art.
This workshop combines meditation, symbolic creation, and natural materials to guide participants through a gentle artistic journey of reflection and transformation.
During the session, participants will:
• reflect on a personal emotion, experience, or challenge
• work with stone and found objects as symbols of memory and pain
• transform these forms using clay and sculptural techniques
• add stitches and textures representing healing and resilience
• plant seeds into the sculpture as a symbol of hope, renewal, and future growth
Through this process, participants are invited to reconnect with themselves, slow down, and experience creativity as a tool for emotional expression and self-discovery.
The workshop begins with a short guided meditation and continues through an intuitive creative process where each participant creates their own symbolic sculpture in a calm and supportive environment.
No previous artistic experience is required — this workshop is open to everyone.

About the Artist
Marina Dumenko is a ceramic artist and workshop facilitator passionate about the connection between art and mental well-being. Originally from Ukraine, she developed her own creative practice and business through ceramics before moving to the UK.
Her work focuses on mindful making, emotional expression, and creating spaces where people can safely explore healing, reflection, and transformation through art. She believes clay is a powerful material that connects people, emotions, and personal stories.
