About this Event
The pressure to perform and be all things to all people can be exhausting in today's society, especially for those that have been historically oppressed. For this retreat, we want to create space for Black women to feel revived, restored, and feel less guilty about setting healthy boundaries in their lives.
We want you to get reconnected to yourself.
And you don't have to travel far. Join us at "The Treehouse" in Walthamstow. In a setting of sun lamps and plants, we will lead participants through various mindful and mental health activities such as guided meditation, inner child work, stretching/gentle movement, and mental health support.
*We only have 10 slots available!*
We will also provide light and healthy breakfast, lunch, snacks, and vitamin D infused tea. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies.
We believe that joy is a radical act in a society that would prefer us to be downtrodden. Come discover Radical Joy with us.
