Real Food, Real Flavour: Summer Salads
I'm a chef and food writer passionate about eating real, non-processed food full of flavour. I teach in a mid-century modern kitchen in SE London. I love non-fussy and delicious food and as well as learning new recipes, I add in plenty of tips and short-cuts on how to make the most of whatever time you have in the kitchen. When booking, add on my recent book 'How to Add Flavor', a guide to using just 15 herbs and spices to make over 60 recipes.
Join me for a fun and delicious cooking class where you’ll learn how to create flavour-packed salads that are a meal in themselves. Full of flavour and great ingredients, these salads are bound to become favourites. After the demo, you’ll sit down to enjoy a wholesome lunch featuring the traybakes you’ve just learned to make, and take home a recipe booklet of what we've made.
