READ THE ROOM: A Table Read Series

NYC! READ THE ROOM is back!

After such an INCREDIBLE turn out this summer, we've decided to extend what was initially supposed to just be a summer series into the fall and beyond!!

We've been to NYC, LA, and London and we're trying to do it again. Each city lent its own energy and charm and it felt silly not to start off this Fall series with BIG NYC energy so we came home and we came to Brooklyn.

We have two NYC-based filmmaker talents joining us this October - Janey Feingold and Jordan Coley. They will be coming in with fresh scripts and a lovely cast to read them.

Seating is first come, first served.

Yes, there will be beer and wine.

All we ask is you bring good energy and we shall [once again] create something beautiful both on and off the page.

What is READ THE ROOM?
This event is a table read series. Two emerging/professional writers in the film/tv/theatre space (for now) come in and share their written work. Actors will read these works in front of an eclectic audience made up of other filmmakers, artists, cinephiles and so on, inspiring these audience members to provide constructive feedback/questions/comments.

This is an event built on artistic expression and community <3
