Women from all paths of life and backgrounds, we welcome you to join this Women’s Circle to explore the mysteries and experience healing through your chakras.
Organised by Kasia Marzec - a shamanic practitioner and sound and energy healer, and Tatjana Bondareva, Hatha yoga teacher and sound healer.
Awaken the Goddess within by participating in this journey through your seven energy centers, learning to reclaim your health and power, gaining deeper knowledge of your potential and learning how to use simple tools and techniques for daily self-healing and growth.
Join and co-create a special connection within women’s circle where you will be heard and held, under careful and mindful guidance into your personal expansion journey.
We will guide you into deeper understanding and healing of energies of your 1st chakra, the Root Chakra, offering breathing, meditation, asana practice and sound healing with Earth gong and chrystal bowls. We will guide you into working with crystals for each chakra, which will be offered to purchase on the day.
This will be followed by relflection and sharing in the circle to integrate the experience.
