About this Event

We are delighted to welcome you to the first of its kind Black Sea Scouts Fundraiser Ball. Organised by female-only Ukrainian Sea Scouts Unit in the UK (part of 1st London Plast, Ukrainian Scouts in GB)

The Black Sea Scouts Fundraiser Ball will take place at one of the most sought-after historic locations in London, on the 27th of April 2024!

Stationers' Hall is a magnificent Grade I listed building, close to St Paul's Cathedral. It is one of the few ancient Livery Halls remaining in the City of London. Completed in 1673 after the Great Fire of London.

The Black Sea Scouts Fundraiser Ball aims to bring together Ukrainians and friends of Ukraine from all over the world to help us fundraise in support of our ongoing sea scouting work with young people in Ukraine and those who have been displaced by the unprovoked war.

This Black Tie event offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself into a graceful and elegant evening of professionally led ballroom dancing in a historic and unique London location.

Join us, dance, laugh and help us to support sea scouting in Ukraine!

Formal Pour Mémoire invitation will be sent to you by email on receipt of your booking.

The deadline for booking is Wednesday, 27 March 2024.

The champagne reception will take place in the Court Room at 6.30 pm. Following this, welcome remarks will commence in the Hall at 7.00 pm.

Carriages will be at 10.30 pm.

Dress code: Strictly Black Tie and Decorations.

Kindly note, tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person
