R/Motion Aerial Rope flow class

4 weeks of Rope Class for mixed levels - a led movement based warm up, going on to develop rope skills that we will weave into longer sequences in the air.

Pre - req is that you have done some form of aerial training/classes and can do 1 invert (doesnt have to be on rope)- any questions please email me [email protected]

NOTE - you do not need to be a dancer! we just lead with movement rather than a purely skill based class. Our main focus is still the rope and aerial work :)
