About this Event

Are you craving a space where you don’t have to explain yourself? Where your identity is not just accepted, but centered?

This weekly support group is for LGBTQIA+ adults seeking genuine connection, reflection, and collective healing. Together, we create a safer, softer space to show up as our full selves — messy, evolving, joyful, grieving, powerful, tender. This is a support group with a 12-week rotation of topics - the hope is that you can make it to as many weeks as possible, and also designed to be standalone topics. Please show up as often as you can.

Whether you're out, questioning, transitioning, or simply looking to be around other queer people who get it, you are welcome here.

🧠 What to Expect Each Week:

Grounding + check-in
Discussion on a weekly theme (e.g. gender euphoria, chosen family, boundaries, queer joy)
Sharing circle (always consent-based — no pressure to speak
Gentle check-out + resource reminders

When: Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:30 PM
Where: 3838 Camino del Rio N. San Diego Suite 225
Who: LGBTQIA+ adults (18+)
Cost: $5 per session, but no one will be turned away for lack of money
Capacity: small group - no more than 10 people

This space is built with intention. The building is wheelchair accessible. The group will be held in spoken English. This space is built with intention. We will revisit group agreements regularly, honor boundaries, and practice consent in our conversations. No racism, transphobia, ableism, fatphobia, or other oppressive behaviors will be tolerated.
