If you spend your days caring for others, your own energy often comes last. This spring-focused Qigong workshop is designed to help helpers and healers restore energy, release accumulated stress, and reconnect with their own bodies. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong offers gentle, intentional movement and breath practices that support recovery, resilience, and nervous system regulation.
Spring is a season of renewal and forward movement. In this workshop, you’ll explore how seasonal energy affects helpers and caregivers in particular — and how to work with that energy rather than push against it.
You’ll learn:
What Qigong is and why it is especially supportive for caregivers
How spring energy influences vitality, emotions, and tension
Gentle movements to clear stagnation and replenish energy
Practical tools you can use between shifts, sessions, or caregiving responsibilities
Foundational Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts explained clearly and accessibly
Movements are slow, adaptable, and can be done standing or seated. This experience meets you where you are and supports sustainable self-care that doesn’t feel like another obligation.
Limited capacity to preserve a supportive, intimate environment.
Community Pair Pass – Limited Availability
