Join us for Tea & Qigong – Monday 26th May, 10:30–12:30
Location: Earls Court Health and Wellbeing Hub
We warmly invite you to a refreshing morning of tea and Qigong on Tuesday 26th May from 10:30am to 12:30pm, meeting at Earls Court Health and Wellbeing Hub.
Weather permitting, we’ll enjoy a short 10-minute walk to a nearby park, where we’ll take part in a calming Qigong session led by an experienced and highly regarded teacher. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature, recharge your energy, and take some time for gentle movement and mindful breathing.
Qigong is a traditional practice that helps stimulate the flow of Qi (life energy) throughout the body, leaving you feeling more awake, centred, and restored. Its gentle movements and focused breathing can also help reduce stress and support your overall wellbeing.
If you’ve signed up but can no longer attend, please kindly let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your space to someone else. Our sessions are popular and each one is a special experience!
We look forward to seeing you there.
