In this workshop you can practise your sense of self-movement and body position using Shaolin Qigong and Kung Fu techniques. We will not fight; instead we will focus on gaining mobility and strength, and connecting mind and body.
While listening to soothing music, we will practise blindfolded. We want to calm our vision from the last few days and focus on our other senses, mainly physical sensations. We will practise mostly standing, but sometimes sitting. And to make it even more fun, we’ll add some partner exercises!
Our teacher, Roman, studies and practices techniques from Shaolin Qi Gong, Kung Fu, BJJ and meditation. He will teach in English, but also speaks Danish.

Put on clothes in which you feel comfortable moving yourself. You can also bring something to blindfold your eyes, though we will have blindfolds prepared for you.
