Welcome to Dalmatian Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Toronto. If you've been waiting for a Saturday morning that finally feels like a Saturday, this is the one.
Dalmatian puppies are something else. They show up in the world looking like a cartoon, all spots and ears and energy, and they have absolutely no idea how iconic they are. They just want to investigate your shoelaces, climb into your lap, and find out what your yoga mat tastes like. (Spoiler: it tastes like a yoga mat. They will try anyway.)

- 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga with Dalmatian puppies as your spotted little co-teachers
- 25 minutes of pure cuddle time, kisses included, no extra charge
Why people keep coming back
Puppy yoga in Toronto does something a regular yoga class can't. The puppies wander, snuggle, and tumble around the room, and your nervous system just… exhales. A few good-to-knows
Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 needs to come with a parent or guardian, and grown-ups are responsible for helping their little ones move gently and handle the puppies with care. The puppies are small, the humans are kind, and the vibe is very much "everyone gets a turn."
Mats provided. No experience needed. Just show up ready to spend your Saturday surrounded by spots, snuggles, and a room full of good humans.
