Dog-friendly Saturday 5K run AND a social dog walk for strollers. Followed by chat and mingle over coffee at Regent’s Park.
We’re partnering with Founders’ Running Club to start our Saturday morning with social exercise and a lot of dog people. Warm up and meet the group, then pick your pace: a conversational pace run or a social walk for our strollers. Either way, your pup will be tired.
Reunite at The Regent’s Bar & Kitchen for proper conversations.

• Open to runners AND non-runners, pick your pace
• Bring your dog: owners, sharers, walkers all welcome
• No dog? Come anyway about half the room won’t have one
• 5K conversational-pace run + social walk group for strollers
• Group warm-up & intros at 9:30 sharp — be on time, we split into groups right after
• Coffee, pastries & mingling at The Regent’s Bar & Kitchen from 10:15 until 11
• Free to attend: sign up is the only step
• At your own risk. This is a sociable meet-up, not a guided race or coached session. You are responsible for your own fitness, pace, and judgement throughout.
• Dog owners are fully responsible for their dog at all times, including behaviour, supervision, and any damage or injury caused. Dogs must be on a lead, fully vaccinated, and under your control.
• Interacting with other people’s dogs is at your own risk. Always ask the owner first.
• Royal Parks byelaws apply at all times — please respect the park, other users, and the environment. Clean up after your dog.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout.
• Health & fitness: if you have any condition that could be affected by exercise, please consult a medical professional before taking part.
• Photography & video: we may take photos and short video at the event for use on PupCrawl Social and Founders’ Running Club channels. If you’d rather not be in shots, please tell a host at sign-in. Please ask other attendees before posting their image online.
• Liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, PupCrawl Limited and Founders’ Running Club are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense incurred during or as a result of the event, save for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
