What to Expect: Full-Body Resistance Band Workout (50 mins)

A fun, energising, beginner-friendly workout designed to strengthen, tone and activate your whole body using resistance bands.
We’ve split the day into two cohorts so everyone has space to move, mingle comfortably and fully enjoy the experience:
Cohort 1: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Cohort 2: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Each ticket includes:
• 50-minute workout class
• 4 drink tokens (Prosecco + alcohol-free options)
• Networking activities
Equipment:
• Attendees are encouraged to bring their own resistance bands
• Bands and additional equipment will also be available for purchase onsite
