Feel the beat, find your flow, and fire up your energy at PULSE – a silent disco yoga and cardio dance experiene like no other at Little Cesars Arena, the home of the DETROIT PISTONS on Monday, February 2nd from 6pm - 7:30pm. Get ready to move your body on the court!
At 6pm, flow through heart-opening, silent disco yoga class with Shakina Russell and musis by DJ Kaels before transitioning into a high-energy cardio dance experience to get your heart pumping with Jai from Get it Girl Dance Fitness . We'll wind down with more yoga & some stretches and wrap up the experience with exclusive prizes from our local sponsors.
All tickets include a ticket to the Pistons x Washington Wizards game on 2/5 at Little Cesars Arena at 7pm.
