A full-spectrum Prana Vinyasa regenerating movement meditation. This practice explores the synergy of Rhythm and Prana Flow, helping to embody the elements and kindle the inner fire. The session unfolds through wave sequences and culminates in collective rhythmic kriyas, followed by a release into a healing soundscape.
