At TheVibeCheck, we provide a forum where young adults can become more confident versions of themselves and build more meaningful connections with others. We believe this can be progressively achieved through a range of exercises focusing on public speaking, improve and debating. We understand that it can be quite difficult and daunting to meet and develop relationships with people around us.

· We specifically tailor our sessions to young adults (aged 18-32) with a common goal of improving themselves and making meaningful connections with people. Although we welcome all levels of expertise, our sessions are namely designed for young adults who have little to no experience in public speaking, improv and debating.

· We provide a safe and intimate space where you can fully express yourself, learn from your mistakes and make friends with like-minded individuals.

· We focus on a unique blend of public speaking, improv and debating exercises, equipping you with a range of important skillsets. A typical session can include icebreakers, warm-up exercises, public speaking exercises, improv acting, feedback and reflections.
