Celebrate Hackney WFC’s 40th anniversary - pub quiz night!
As the first of a series of celebrations this year for Hackney WFC's 40th anniversary, join us for a fun and friendly pub quiz night. Open to everyone, football fan or not!
Teams of up to 6 will compete across a mix of rounds, with a £100 prize up for grabs.
Entry: £5 per person
Why we’re fundraising:
All proceeds will go directly toward supporting the future of Hackney WFC, including:
- Rising club costs (pitches, coaching, match access)
- Keeping subscriptions free or low-cost for players who need it
- New equipment and improved training resources
Founded as a safe and welcoming space for LGBT+ women to play football, community is still at the heart of everything we do at Hackney WFC. As a team, we continue to work toward making the game accessible for as many women and non-binary people as possible, regardless of background, experience or income. With growing costs in grassroots sport, your support helps us keep football open, inclusive, and thriving.
