A 3 hour journey into the psyche with heart opening ceremonial cacao, connection, live DJ beats, Psychedelic Breath & vibrational sound healing integration. Find your tribe!
What to expect:
With a combination of Cacao, Breathwork and sound, we can experience feelings of euphoria, relaxation, creativity, the release of trapped emotion and/or a deeper connection to ourselves.
About:
PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®️ is a dynamic breathwork technique which allows the opportunity to experience an altered state of consciousness where clarity and creativity are more easily accessible.
This will be followed by an invitation to relax as sound waves from a range of instruments including alchemy crystal bowls and gongs wash over you. Sound is the harmonic pattern heard not only through the ears but through every cell of the body. Sound can take us into a deep state or relaxation and works on a cellular level.
Timings:
10am - Opening the space + introductions/check in 10.15am - Arriving in the body with movement + breath 10.30am - A bit about the breath. How we breath + what we might feel (suitable for beginners & experienced breathers) 10.45am - What is cacao? Sharing the medicine & drinking with intention 11am - Live Beats + Psychedelic Breathwork infused with essential oils + Reike 12.00 - Sound Therapy using gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls + other instruments 12.45pm - Arriving back into the space. Check in/optional sharing 1pm - Closing the circle and leaving feeling expanded & connected to new like minded people

Is Psychedelic breath suitable for everyone?
PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®️ is a powerful breathwork practice that is not recommended for the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing).

About Natalie:
Natalie is a breathwork facilitator and sound healing therapist, specialising in a technique called PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®️. She also works with crystals, Reike, cold water therapy and plant medicine, including cacao.
Natalie is passionate about taking people beyond the mind with breath and sound, and guiding them into a state of bliss, oneness, deep relaxation and harmony.
Important:Please note that our classes take place in our Alchemy studio downstairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer wheelchair access at this time.Please only take part in the class if you are physically able. If you are unsure for any reason please contact your doctor or mental health professional first for advice.About cacao: Please note that cacao contains theobromine which, as a stimulant, can have a similar effect to caffeine. If you are caffeine sensitive, please let us know and we can provide a smaller dose or an alternative drink. We would advise to avoid ingesting cacao if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or you take any heart Medic*tion or anti-depressants as they can react with the cacao. The safety and comfort of our guests si our top priority and we can always provide an alternative option to cacao at any ceremony.
