Psychedelic Breathwork Silent Meditation Day Retreat

Radical Silence is a guided self-reflection retreat practiced in silence. Beginner and experienced meditators are welcome.

🤫 During these 6 silent hours, you'll have a chance to try silent meditation & yoga, while being supported by the group structure. Your instructors will speak to guide each session.

🧹 We’ll use yoga, breathwork, and meditation to relax, renew, and focus our energy.

🥗 We'll enjoy two healthy ayruvedic-inspired meals to detox our digestion. Vegan-friendly & gluten free-friendly.

🧘‍♀️ We’ll complete with an easy yin yoga class to rehydrate the tissues and open up your shoulders & hips.

Ukrainian Village neighborhood in Chicago on California Ave. Exact location will be shared after you register. Held in a private residence with 4 meditators and 2 instructors. Masking is optional. Free street parking.

You’ll be asked to turn off all your devices after you arrive. You will be given an emergency contact number in case you need to be reachable.

No Dogma & No Gurus

We welcome people of all beliefs and non-believers too. There is no dogma taught and no gurus to follow here.

Transformation with a Trans Woman

This retreat centers the Feminine and is taught by Queer Women. Humans of all genders and sexualities are welcome to attend.

You must be able to walk up one flight of stairs to attend. There is one cat onsite. This retreat is designed to accommodate neuro-diverse brains, all medications, highly sensitive people, and empaths. You may bring an interpreter or attendent human at no charge. No animals please. Mylee Blake & Jazmin Hupp have taught over 100 days of silent meditation retreats since 2020. They crafted Radical Silence by drawing inspiration from ancient meditation practices, vipassana, yoga, ayurveda, astrology, earth-based magic, and psychology.

Mylee Blake (IG @myleeblake) is a self-taught meditator & energy worker, who has been creating immersive experiences for over 20 years. Jazmin Hupp, RYT-500 (IG @jazmintheinsideguide / 🦋 @jazminhupp) holds certifications in yin yoga, kundalini yoga, and lunar archetypes.
