PSYCHEDELIC BREATH is a powerful breathwork practice that helps you enter expanded states of consciousness, experience visions, release tension, quiet your inner critic, and create deep emotional awareness.
The event is guided by psychologist Roxana from @thehealingberlin.
PREPARATION
- Please be there on time. Doors will open approximately 30 minutes before the event begins. No entry after the event has started!
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Avoid heavy meals 1.5 hours before the session.
