Welcome to Project Talk, Conversations That Matter!

Join us on Wed Dec 04 2024 at 12:30 - 3:30 PM for an engaging event hosted by EOL 101 LLC and Seniors First of Georgia.

This event helps people think about their wishes for end-of-life care so they can start a conversation with loved ones to ensure their wishes are voiced and valued.

Participants can receive up to $90 in gift cards for participating in research associated with the event, and complimentary refreshments will be served. We promise you’ll have fun!

The Conversation Project event is part of a large national, NIH-research study funded by NIH and led by Lauren Jodi Van Scoy, M.D. at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, through her research program, Project Talk. Hospice Foundation of America and the University of Kentucky are partners on the project.
