This event will focus on career progression within IPS.About this Event
On 4 December (Wednesday) we are hosting an IPS career event which focuses on progression within IPS. Our previous events have focused on the Employment Specialist role, however we wanted to share more insight into what a career in IPS could look like, what progression opportunities are available, and what skills and experiences are beneficial.
During this session you will:
- Learn about the experience of a Team Leader
- Learn what skills are needed to progress and excel as a Team Leader
- Gain some advice on what a service looks for and interview tips
- Gain insight into the skills required
- Learn what steps you can take to progress your career in IPS
