Are you looking to explore deeper connection inside and outside the bedroom in your relationship dynamic?

This is a workshop about conscious, intimate relating for any relationship structure, including couples, throuples and anything upple! Singles can attend too if they want to get clear on how they envision a conscious and deeply connected relationship in the future but it’s recommended to attend with a friend to embrace the opportunity to communicate what you want in the practice (don’t worry, all mircrophones will be switched off!) .

This workshop, hosted by aims to help those relate to one another on a deeper level forming allignment, co-creating a life together that’s intimate and intentional and that forms the foundations for deeply passionate connection.

Sarah will invite you and your significant person or people to go deeper so you can get what you want now and in the future. It’s about co-creating conscious connection beyond what you’ve experienced before or are experiencing now. It’s a love life up level, creating a connection beyond doubt leaving your wants explored and your desires known to one another.

People often get caught up in the navigating of finding a compatible partnership but when connection is found, all too often aren’t sure what relationship consciousness looks like or how to maintain and sustain that meaningful connection and chemistry for the long-run.

This workshop will explore your desires both inside and outside the bedroom - teaching you how to tap into your desires, tune into what you want and communicate lovingly how you’re going to co-create it together as a twosome, threesome, foursome or moresome.

Sarah Louise is a sex-positive Relationship Coach and Educator for singles and couples who has also been using principles of matchmaking people based on deeper wants, needs and desires in the personal introductions space since 2011.

Heres a few things that will support you:

* Bring a notepad and pen / writing equipment

* Wear comfy relaxed attire ( no nudity )

* Set the scene for relaxation - candles, tea or glass of something.

* Seating for close proximity to your partner(s) for connection
