NZ Asian Lawyers invites you to an evening discussion on progressing immigration cases, with a focus on practical tips and tools for engaging with Immigration New Zealand and the Courts.

Our Panellists
Sarah Jerebine KC is a senior civil litigation lawyer with particular expertise in public law and commercial litigation, developed in leading national practices in New Zealand and the UK. She regularly appears in the senior courts, often acting for or against the Crown on complex matters of public interest, and has extensive experience in immigration litigation at and since her time at Crown Law.
Jack Cheng is an experienced immigration lawyer and former Meredith Connell partner with over 20 years of experience. Originally from Taiwan, he is a multilingual expert in complex immigration matters, advising a diverse range of individual and corporate clients in New Zealand and internationally.
Pooja Sundar is a specialist immigration lawyer and mediator known for handling complex, novel, and high-stakes immigration cases. She has extensive experience in appeals and litigation, including before the Immigration and Protection Tribunal and in the Courts, and regularly acts on matters where the law is unsettled and the consequences are significant.
Each panellist will give a short presentation on a different topic, followed by a general discussion and open Q&A.
