In today’s world, therapists are navigating a complex maze of social media, AI advancements, and evolving ethical expectations. But amidst all the tech-savvy tools and client connections, one thing remains vital: maintaining professional boundaries. This interactive workshop dives into the must-know aspects of boundary setting, from the latest AI-driven practices and social media do's and don'ts to the very real boundary violations that could land therapists in hot water with the licensing board.
Led by Shaina Siber-Sanderowitz, LCSW, we’ll draw from clinical vignettes inspired by real-life examples of professional violations reported to the board, giving you a grounded, hands-on approach to understand potential pitfalls and how to avoid them. Plus, this workshop meets the NYS-CEU requirement for Professional Boundaries for New York State Social Workers and Psychologists.
From digital dilemmas to client interactions, we’ll equip you with the tools to stay grounded, ethical, and resilient in the face of modern challenges. Gain practical tools to protect your license, learn resilience strategies to prevent burnout, and ensure your professional and personal lives remain balanced. Don’t just survive the digital age – thrive in it, with boundaries that keep your practice strong and your peace of mind intact!
