Simple Virtual Reiki Share

A simple share where Reiki is exchanged amongst those in the group.

8 -8:10 entry and simple introductions, doors close at 10 after and then cameras and microphones off to avoid distractions

8 :10-8:15 Opening Space and Precepts then we work our way through the three pillars of practice- Gassho, Reiji ho, and then move into Chiryo

8 :15-8:45/50 Distance Reiki -During this time cameras and mics are off, music is playing and we are sending Reiki to others in the group

8 :45/50-9 Calling you back into awarness, Closing the Circle and Farewells
