About this Event
The NZ Centre for Legal and Political Theory and the University of Auckland School of Law are pleased to invite you to the 2026 Theory Matters Lecture.
Does Incorporation ensure Irresponsibility?

But many regular corporations are unfit to be held responsible to such norms: they simply lack the capacity to comply. This argues, not for excusing corporate offenders, but for supporting the standards in law.
